Methyl peroxy nitrate chemistry

Overview

This update was tested in the 1-month benchmark simulation v9-02f and approved on 07 Feb 2013.

Ellie Browne (UC Berkeley) added methyl peroxy nitrate (MPN) chemistry as an extension to the standard model's full chemistry simulation in GEOS-Chem v8-02-02. This feature was implemented into the standard code in GEOS-Chem v9-02.
