Research Interests: Within the Atmospheric Chemistry Group at the University of Wuppertal, I am currently working on the following research topics: Atmospheric Chemistry Field Measurements and Laboratory Investigations. Photochemical Modeling

Explicit photochemical modeling analysis of the radical budgets and ozone photochemical formation in the atmosphere, mainly based on the Master Chemical Mechanism, MCM.

Combustion Chemistry Laboratory investigation of the emission profiles from the combustion processes in Jet-engine using a premixed (laminar flame) burner and their impact on the atmosphere (e.g., their potential to ozone formation).

Current Research Projects • International FIONA Measurements campaign at the EUPHORE -smog chamber in Valencia-Spain for the validation of different HONO measurements techniques, Valencia, Spain. Status: Data evaluations finished, results discussion and publications will follow.
