Huanxin Zhang is currently a PhD candidate in Environmental Engineering in Michigan Technological University. Her research focuses on atmospheric chemistry modeling. Her research has been using GEOS-Chem model, a 3-D global chemistry transport model. She has studied the effects of stratospheric ozone recovery on tropospheric chemistry and air quality using GEOS-Chem model and submitted one paper in ACP Journal. Currently, her research project is to study the effects of climate change on atmospheric transport and deposition of mercury.
