Effect of RO2+HO2 updates on chemical species
Relative changes (i.e. from the ratio plots): Changes that occur at the surface include: H2O2 decreases over land HO2 decreases over land, particularly over isoprene emitting regions (faster reaction with RO2) Very minor changes to OH and formaldehyde PAN increases in the tropics (low-NOx regions); PPN increases over land MEK decreases globally RCHO increases over land MVK and MACR decrease
